Make contact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You send an email enquiry or referral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I will respond to arrange a time for a brief phone conversation to learn more about your concerns and answer initial questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Initial Phone Call<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll have a short conversation to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Discuss your situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clarify goals and priorities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talk about suitability for services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answer your questions about therapy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This helps ensure we are a good fit before moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Appointment confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If we decide to proceed, you will receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A confirmation email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client intake form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terms &amp; Conditions and cancellation policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The intake form can be returned prior to the appointment or completed together at the first session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If sessions are home-based, your address will be confirmed at this stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Ongoing therapy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions are typically 45 minutes and may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct therapy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parent and communication partner coaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborative goal setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategy development for home or early learning settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Therapy is always tailored to the individual and grounded in evidence-based practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
