Therapy Sessions
- Standard cost per session
- Sessions are typically 45 minutes
The session fee includes:
- Individualised session planning and preparation of resources
- Direct therapy and/or parent coaching
- Session documentation and clinical analysis
- Follow-up emails and brief communication related to your session
- Ongoing review of goals and progress
This ensures that each session is thoughtful, responsive, and tailored to your child or family’s needs.
Where appropriate, therapy is collaborative and may include strategies to support communication at home, early childhood settings, school, or in the community.
Travel
There is no travel fee for home visits within Thames township (up to 15 minutes travel time).
For locations more than 15 minutes from Thames, travel time is charged at a reduced hourly rate and is calculated based on total travel time.
Where possible, I will schedule multiple clients in the same area to share and reduce travel costs. My goal is always to minimise additional expense for families.
Travel fees will be discussed and confirmed prior to your first appointment.
Reports, Consultations & Workshops
Fees for:
- Written reports
- Professional consultations
- School or ECE visits
- Workshops and training sessions
are available on application, depending on scope and time required.
